Service Advisor Chad Phillipps, of Vampt Motors, competed in a recent Ford sponsored Service Excellence World Cup and brought home the First Place trophy. To be selected to compete at the global level, Chad first won top honours in the regional competition and went to the finals representing the entire Caribbean & Central America region.

The competition brought together hundreds of service professionals from Ford-affiliated dealerships across the globe. Competing Service Advisors were judged on their ability to accurately diagnose required vehicle repair needs while conducting a thorough 21-point inspection. Chad’s training and expertise certainly paid off when his Service Advisory skills were judged to be the best of the best!
